Sessions 9:30am-11:30am and 12:30pm-3pm
Please either plan to leave for lunch, or bring a lunch with you (we'll have supervision at the gym).
Please bring indoor court shoes, kneepads (if you have them), water bottle and outdoor shoes for outside activities.
